This is a sad, sad time, Hobofans. Just in case you hadn't heard, President Obama just killed the National Aeronautics and Space Administration. Now, he wouldn't say that, but it's true. By cutting the budget ending the Constellation program, he has ended our only hope for sending astronauts back to the Moon, and on to Mars. I have to wonder what the NASA guy we met at Gencon thinks about this decision. He was so enthusiastic about all the wonderful things they were doing for mankind. Now... I feel for him. I hope it hasn't destroyed his joy for science and looking forward to see the potential that our species is capable of. I am honored to have shaken the hand of this man who was, for me, a representative of what NASA used to represent: Honor, Determination, Innovation, and Adventure.

Thanks, Barack. You keep on finding new ways to disappoint and piss off everyone who trusted and admired you just one year ago. Good job. Dick.
